2016 is set to be a very busy year for Shulmans, as we'll be running or taking part in various seminars, workshops and conferences, including MIPIM 2016 in Cannes. Please visit the 'Events & Training' section of our website for further details about these events.

As usual, we also bring you the latest news across a number of areas, including employment, contracts and commercial property. In particular, we are reminding landlords of the new energy efficiency regulations coming into force from 1 April 2016. And although Christmas is now behind us, you might want to read about employment partner Jim Wright’s appearances on national TV and radio last month when he explained the dangers of Christmas parties!
