Delegates will be taken through the key aspects in the advertising, recruitment and interview and selection process, covering discrimination law, key contractual obligations in making job offers and drafting contractual terms, right through to terminating a contract. The training session will take place in the form of a workshop for managers to gain a good understanding of the legal framework within which recruiting and contracting with staff now operates.
